It's great to be home for the holiday (Thanksgiving). Saturday I drove out to California with my niece and nephew (Alexia and Andrew) and watched "Kung Fu Panda."

Sunday morning was so beautiful I was able to go for a walk. I also got to hear my little brother Daniel report to the High Council and speak in church. Most of my family remembered my birthday and served me cake and ice cream. Dad gave me a copy of his life story that I asked him for and we watched "The Errand of Angels," a new DVD about sister missionaries serving in Germany.

Monday was a fun day. After hours of coercion, Alexia persuaded us to go swimming in the freezing cold pool. My excuse was that I forgot to pack my swimsuit but I found some shorts and a t-shirt and went swimming to appease her. We were all freezing from the start but we played whirl-pool tag and warmed up quickly. I ended up being the last one out! We went to the library and got some books and DVDs. Alexia gave us an FHE lesson on Gossip.

Tuesday...I renewed my Driver license (which expired on my birthday) and I had to take a test I wasn't expecting. Luckily I passed. We've got so much zucchini that I made zucchini bread.
